i am now in 8th grade but i was in 5th when it was 9/11/01 and it started as a regular school day. we were in the classrooms and they came on the pa and said " turn on your tv's!" and so my teacher turned on the tv and at that exact time we turned on the tv everyone in my class saw the second plane hit live. everyone was so shocked and everyone bursted out crying and kids were being taken home. we all still didn't really know what was going on. i don't know about other people but when i got home i heard jets flying over my house. september 11,2001 was the worst day of my life and i will never forget it as long as i live. god bless america and all the friends and lovedones that were lost in the terrible tragedy.
