on 9-11-01 i was in school, im in 8th grade. i heard something going around about two planes crashing into buildings, i wasnt sure of what was going on. until while i was in english class i got called down to the office, i thought i was in trouble. as i walked to the office i saw my nieghbor, and i saw her crying, i got really worried i thought something had happened to my mom. but as i got into the office i saw many people crying and i was a bit confused. my brother came over and told me that two planes had crashed into the twin towers. i started tearing up, on on the way home i was praying in the car. i didnt relize it was that bad until i saw it on the news, i jus couldnt stop crying, this was truely unbelievable to me, i couldnt believe that this was acutally happening, because all my family is from new york, and they work there. i prayed to god so much, i apoligized for this happening, because god doesnt want it to be this way all he asks for is peace and love, and i thanked him for sparing me and my family. i'm really disguisted with our world,i just hope someday there can be peace on earth, and that day i will never forget, i still cry thinking about. this is semptember 11th through the eyes of me, and 13 year old.
