how i was informed

i was at gym class, and it ended as usual. the teacher told us to be quiet when we got back in the classroom. he was listening to the radio. a few minutes later, he turned it off, and said: "something seriouse has happened...the world trade towers collapsed. a plane was flown into each tower by hijackers." we didn't do any work that day, just listened to the radio. we didn't have homework either. when i got home, both of my parents were home. they were sitting in the family room watching the television. i saw what happened for the first time. it was alot scarrier than listening to the radio. i had never seen anything like it. nobody that i knew died, and that i am very happy. i am just a little nervouse something will happen tomorrow though. i have never seen an "orange level" warning before.
