during my first period class, i was sleeping, when our school president came on the pda, it woke me up immediately. he had announced to the entire school that a plane had struck the world trade center. all i could think to myself was how could you hit a building so big. our teacher turned on the television, we watched as the second plane struck the second tower, everyone in class gasped. with everyone in shock all i could that was on my mind was my uncle who worked in the first tower that was struck. i left class and called my mom, my mom was crying because her brother my uncle worked above where the plane had hit. i couldnt cry, i was in to much of a shock to realize what was happening. i attend a large school with over 3000 students i couldnt help to think that we could be targeted. school was dismissed early and i went home. i found out that my uncle had not called,or hadf anyone heard for him, i expected the worst. hours went by with no word, hours turned into days, days turned into months. then we got the call we all waited for, for such a long time, my uncles body was found. we then had a real funeral for him it was very emotional. i hope that we can find osama, and disarm iraq. i will always love you uncle robert, we will never forget you.
