i am 21 years old and have never been to new york but i truly feel sorry for everyone who was affected. i cannot believe terrorists took over our planes and lives on the day of september 11, 2001. it is a tragic event that has brought a world together. everyone was a hero on that day for helping others, dying to save others lives, donating money, food, clothing and hours of volunteer work. my condolences to everyone who lost a loved one, a community, and all hope. i will never forget that day. i watched the news from 9am till the late hours of the night. i was in shock watching it on a t.v. screen, how did it feel in person? i will never know. but i know for those who did it will forever be imprinted in their mind.
