you can say that i am a kid but i felt like an adult that day watching everything on that tv screen. my techer, who's brother that lives in rhode island, was suppossed to be at the wtc on black tuesday. or even on one of the planes. but as the world knows their are many things this world does not know the reason for. the brother of my teacher was not killed or hurt at all. he wasn't even in manhatan. he was suppossed to be- but wasn't. he was at home- safe. he was going to be on a floor above where the one of the planes hit, but i am not sure what thower though. my teacher was hysterical, calling her brother's home and her mother, while my class watched the television in silence. we saw the 1st tower fall and the whole class gasped but no one said anything. we watched the whole thing on tv, and then started to talk about it. we talked and watched.
i have a muslim boy in my class. he feels the same way about everything the way i do. he or other muslims should not be treated differently. infact he was the only one of us in the whole class that cried, beside me. i think the entry from pickupman is terrible. many of you may agree with him, but you are sinly if you do. not all muslims feel the way he describes in his entry.
please give money to the red cross or a relief fund, or do something to help.
if you are wondering how old i am, i am 12 years old, and i feel very strongly about this. no one should be treated different even if you are purple, muslim, green, white, or black. i don't care what you are just don't hurt those people.
