one of the ways i will always rember is because i was on my way to school and i was on the highway and all of the sudden my truck died it ran out of gas. i was with my best friend adam we had to walk about a mile to a motel to call my mom. when she got there she ran us to the store to get gas when we walked inside we heard a trucker say a plane just smashed into the world trade center at first thought we thought it was just a small plane but by the time we got to school all the tv were on and the second plane had just hit. then we heard about the pentagon i rember just wanting to go back home and give all my family a hug. my uncle mike is an fbi agent and he was one of the first ones on the scene.
