9/11/01-was my birthday... what started out as "my" special day turned into america's worst crisis in history. quicky my mind flashed to what was happening on the screen in front of me. was it real? i, like the rest of the world, watched in shock and horror at what unfolded before our very eyes. what i want people to remember is not to ever forget. when you want to complain about something trivial, when you want to yell at someone who cut you off in traffic: remember what happened on 9/11/01. stop and think of what real loss is and try to become a better person because of it. we are not perfect but we can make a difference in this world if we all stick together and stand tall for the sake of our country, the greatest country on earth.
