well i was actually about 16 years old when it happened. not fully aware of what was in store i just blew it off like it was another day and no one really cared. (it seamed). then all of a sudden the news comes on and the reporter is saying that two planes had just crashed into the world trade towers just mins. appart from each other. people were afraid of their lives tring to save their own and not even thinking twice about anyone else it was fend for yourself. then the brave came up and out of the crowd the men and the wemon of the fire and police department of new york stood proud and strong and tried to save as many lives as they possibly could in the amount of time that they had. that day many men and many wemon had died that day not thinking about themselves but about saving the lives of the others around them, people that they had never seen, known or even glanced at but they didnt care they were there to save them and get them to help as best and as fast as they could. i then joined the united states army in fend of the nation still mad at what happend to to the u.s that very sad and painful day. i have now been in the military for over 2 years now still waiting on a call saying "your going over" but until then i can and will serve the civilians of the united states and prowdly in the united states army reserve. just waiting on my chance to show the alquita what is coming to them a little can of american whoop a**.
but if you ask me what and who would i consider a hero i would say no one that i know but it is the people that put their lives on the line that day when they didnt have to, risked their lives while tring to save others that they didnt even know. that is a hero to me and i will never forget septmeber 11 2001. god bless the people, families and the victoms of that horrible day that no one will ever forget.
god bless america
