For the past several days after the attack I have woken up woken up in the morning with the thoughts of what has happened in NY. I wake up in a dream like state and cant get the thoughts out of my head. It has been the first thought I wake up to everyday. My daily hikes in the mtn now include a look into the sky when I see airplanes and sometimes I catch myself looking for a place in the mtns I could hide if things got really bad. ON the positive note I now take time to talk with strangers and have gotten a better appreciation for living in the US and a free society. With that in mind I feel the attacks ion the US have made us stronger, more united, and back fired the plans of whomever did this.
